2009 Safari

Today’s photo might be a bit confusing considering I am in Tokyo at the moment but good news must be shared no matter what. I am very pleased to let you know that I am joining David duChemin and Ryan Snider on a socially responsible photographic safari to Kenya in January 2009.

As some of you know, Africa is where I was born so this is a little bit like going home for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity as David will be there as a photography coach and Ryan has led many socially responsible safaris over the past 11 years. Regular visitors to this blog would know that a photographic safari has been on my list for a very long time and I’ve done lots of research on this. I can tell you that this is–in my opinion–the best combination I’ve seen so far in terms of photographic safaris. And that goes for price too.

That is terrific news Sabrina! I’m SO happy for you! If only Sarah wasn’t getting married next June, I would be right there with you!

Thanks Sue. I wish you and Ron were coming too but that will be for another time!
