One of the projects I decided to do this year was to photograph the Van Dusen Gardens each month from January to December. Today being the last day of January I went to see what was blooming but I actually had a very specific place in mind to photograph, the Bamboo Grove in the Asian gardens. Because of the density and the north east orientation, my previous attempts to capture a good image were not successful but here I think the HDR technique really paid off.
